If parents wish to withdraw their ward after admission, the first instalment (School & Hostel fees) will be non-refundable.

Parents must give a three-month prior written notice if they wish to withdraw their ward from the next academic session. Failure to provide notice will result in three months’ full fees (School & Hostel) being charged.

It is compulsory for students to speak in English only within the school premises.

Students are responsible for their behavior both inside and outside the school.

• Any observed misconduct will invite strict disciplinary action
• Disrespect, disobedience to teachers or superiors, use of abusive or slang language, or objectionable behavior may result in dismissal or rustication

Any damage caused by a student must be paid for by the parents. In case of collective damage in a classroom, the entire class will bear the cost of repairs.

• Mobile phones, Cameras, Pen drives, iPods
• Cash or other expensive items

If found, a fine of ₹10,000 will be imposed.

No student may leave the school premises with a parent or relative without prior permission from the Principal. Students found outside school premises without permission will face disciplinary action.

Any student found consuming or possessing illegal substances or engaging in addictive behavior will be immediately rusticated from the school.

Students must report back on the reopening day after vacations.

Parents and guardians may meet their ward once every 45 days. Only parents or guardians whose names are recorded in the admission form are permitted.
