• Parents of prospective students have to fill up an application form and submit the same at the school office.

• Students short-listed by the school will have to take up a written test and an interview at the school on the date and time specified.

• Parents will have to be present during the interview. And there will be a separate interview for the parents too, that mainly intended to know about the attitude ,care & concern towards their child.

• Admissions to all grades are finalized based on the performance in the written assessment test.

• All students appearing for the written test are tested on their previous years’ portions.

• Students of kindergarten will be assessed to know about their Gross motor skills, Fine motor skills & Cognitive development.
  
  For all admission related queries, kindly contact the school office . The prospectus and the registration forms should be collected in person, duly filled and handed-over at the school office.

1. Fees must be paid in two instalments only.
2. 50% fees must be paid at the time of the admission.
3. Fees will not be refunded if the student leaves in the middle of the academic year.
4. Parents will have to pay separately for the expenses of Hospital, Tour, Trekking, Outing, Sports
competition etc. (Personal Expenses).
5. School fees will be revised according to the needs.
6. Non-payment of fees can debar the student from appearing for examination.
7. The school will not be responsible if the student is sent back home due to non-payment of the
fees.
8. In case the parents wish to withdraw their ward after admission, the school & Hostel fees of
the first installment will be non-refundable.
9. Parents are allowed to meet their ward once in 45 days. Kindly note that only parents and Guardian
whose name is recorded in admission form is allowed to meet.
10. After vacation/exit student should be present in the school on the-opening day itself. A
fine of Rs.1000/-per day will be charged for their absence after holidays.
13. Please arrange your family programs after going through the school calendar.
Leave will not be granted on regular school days.
14. Students should not bring any expensive items like Camera, Pen drive, Mobiles,
IPods & Cash to the school.
In case any such item is found, they will be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 10000/-
15. Student causing damage to the school property if identified, he/she will be charged
with fine. In the event of collective damage to school property in a classroom, the entire
class occupying that class room will have to bear the cost of damages.
16. The parent must give a notice to the school three months in advance. If they wish to
withdraw their ward from the next academic session.
In case the notice is not given, full fees for three months (School & Hostel) will be charged.
17. Parents and guardians are requested to co-operate with the school in its endeavors to ensure
harmonious growth and development of their child.
18. Parents or relatives are not allowed to meet their student without prior sanctioned permission of the
principal.
19. Suggestions made by the parents in a co-operative manner are always welcome.
20. The school management reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any child and to revise
the rules and regulations at any time, if necessary.
21. No verbal agreement given by the parents will be accepted by the school. Whatever point is, it must
be given in writing to the school.

1. It is compulsory to speak in English only.

2. Any damage done to the school property has to be paid by the parents.

3. All students are responsible to the school authorities for their behavior, both in and out of the school.

4. Any observed misconduct on the part of the students shall consider them liable to face disciplinary action.

5. Disrespect and disobedience to superiors and teachers, using abusive and slang words, and exhibiting other habits or behavior considered by the school authorities as objectionable in the student will render the student liable to be dismissed or rusticated.

6. Students must return after holidays on the day and time determined. A fine of Rs. 500/- will be levied per day after the date of arrival. 

7. No student may leave the premises alone with parent/relative without the permission of the principal.

8. Any student found doing any addiction or consumption of illegal substance will be rusticated from the school.

9. Students will be liable for disciplinary action who are found outside of school premises without permission.
   
   Parents are requested to read these rules carefully as they are followed strictly. We are frequently asked to make exceptions as special cases but this cannot be done without causing distress among other children and lay ourselves open to charges of favoritism. Therefore, no exceptions will be made. Parents are thus requested not to ask the Principal to sanction deviations from these rules, as these requests would also amount to request for deviation from school policy.
